Autumn is here and we’re ready to dive into the veritable pile of leaves that is Issue 22! We have our first ever guest editor, Juju Vail, a long-time friend and collaborator, who has brought her luscious style and love of pattern to the pages of Pom Pom. Juju gives us the ultimate inspirational handmade wardrobe, including clothes that have been sewn to compliment this issue’s knits. And oh the knits! Bold colours, patterns galore, all with the rich, warm tones of the season: conkers, berries, and earth.

Featuring designs by: Olga Buraya-Kefelian, Nancy Marchant, Fiona Alice, Emilia Jensen, Alice Caetano, Ellinor Siljeström, Maddie Harvey, Sari Nordlund, and Ann McDonald Kelly.

Alongside the patterns we have articles on the makers Emilia Jensen and Merchant & Mills, Meghan Fernandes discusses pockets, plus our Anna Maltz unpicks the style choices we have as makers. Our crafting time ends with a delicious recipe for a cider hot toddy. Cheers! Let’s get making!
