Issue 41 marks our 10th¬†birthday and we have a host of jubilant and celebratory designs which radiate all the joy we feel on this landmark occasion! ūü•≥ This rare bumper edition of Pom Pom Quarterly contains 13 designs for warm and cool climes, so no matter where you live in the world, there‚Äôs handmade party outfits aplenty within its pages. ¬†
