OATMILK
The palest shade in the collection, Oat Milk is the colour of… oat milk! A warm white.

PUFF
Slightly warmer and creamier than Oat Milk, this is a very pale neutral with a yellow tinge.

(Neck is Cygnet, body stitches are in Cygnet, Vinnie, and Terrazzo)

CYGNET
A warm light neutral, cygnet is a lovely soft beige which reminds us of unbleached wool.

CHIPMUNK
A mid warm neutral, sitting between cygnet and chipmunk. It calls to mind weathered wood, like driftwood on the shore.

FOAL
Similar in tone to Chipmunk, Foal runs on wobbly legs towards grey. A lovely cooler mid neutral which retains a little hint of brown.

(Mini Kordy pullover by Kiyomi and Sachiko Burgin, knit in Pixel and Sabine)

PIXEL
The darkest shade we have in this palette, pixel looks like when you zoom very close on an image and the black pixels are surrounded by little white borders.

WHIM
Peachy and creamy all in one, whim is close to neutral but is definitely a pink! When you look at it closely you can see flecks that look almost orange.

MABLI
Pink! Mabli is not as peachy as Whim, it’s slightly darker and more of a shell pink.

(Pictured above are Hilma [main colour], blocks of colour from top: Heart of Gold, Caterpillar, Heart of Glass, pictured on sleeve: Terrazzo and Zinnia)

HILMA
Hilma leans more blue, it’s somewhere between Mabli and Sylvie, and reminds us of the paintings by artist Himla Af Klint who used colours a lot like this one in her work.

MUSE
Mauve with flecks of grey and pink, Muse is a gorgeous soft shade, desaturated but not shy.

RED ONION
The colour of the pinkier parts of a red onion, this colour is a saturated mid fuchsia pink, with some cool undertones.

COSMOS
Burgundy with pinky tones, this was named after a lovely cosmos flower, but it’s also the colour of radicchio, beetroot and red basil.

MARIGOLD
A mid-toned, slightly desaturated orange. It’s a warm shade, with red undertones rather than yellowy ones. Think marigold in early morning sun.

(Pictured above are Zinnia [flowers] and Sylvie)

ZINNIA
Zingy! Lovely bright shade, one of the brightest in the collection, fully saturated, no holds barred! With ever such a slight pinky tinge that leans towards a bright coral. A bright orange zinnia in full sunshine

TERRAZZO
A warm brown-orange shade which reminds us of terracotta, leaning more towards the brown than pink end, full of warmth and richness.

POMEGRANATE
The colour of the outside of a ripe pomegranate. A redder, deeper version of Zinnia.

HEART OF GOLD
Heart of gold is a gold-leaning yellow. It has green undertones and is slightly desaturated compared to Mimosa.

(Pictured top, Mimosa, bottom left, Heart of Gold, pictured right: Elixir)

MIMOSA
Mimosa is a sunshine yellow, which reminds us of the summery vibes of a delicious fizzy wine mixed with orange juice! Much like the colour of that drink, this yarn has orangey undertones; it’s a warm, saturated mid yellow.

ELIXIR
Elixir is a pale yellow-leaning olive shade, somewhere between a yellow and a green. It also has some orangey flecks in it. It’s almost like a desaturated chartreuse!

(Pictured clockwise from top left: Tadpole, Caterpillar, Elixir, Jadeite)

TADPOLE
A lovely khaki tone, tadpole has little flecks of brown which lean it towards a neutral.

JADEITE
Lighter than caterpillar, Jadeite leans towards a yellow green. It’s a fresh shade that not only looks like the stone it’s named after but also like tiny new leaves.

CATERPILLAR
This shade embodies that almost unreal green you see in nature sometimes. It’s a mid saturated green with blue undertones.

VINNIE
Petrol blue, with small flecks of navy, Vinnie is a Van Gogh night sky.

SABINE
A light minty green, Sabine is fresh and cool. The lighter version of Amulet; this is a springy, serene shade.

(Pictured: Nye [in background], Amulet, Heart of Glass)

AMULET
Light turquoise, the colour of something precious, or of the sea so clear you can see your feet at the bottom when you wade in.

HEART OF GLASS
Think of the bluest sky-blue reflecting off a calm sea, and that’s heart of glass. A mid, saturated shade, with slight flecks of royal blue which add depth.

NYE
Our navy blue, Nye is a darker rich blue. It’s a night sky when the sun has gone down, but it’s not yet completely dark.

CLOUDBUSTING
Our lightest cool neutral, Cloudbusting is the colour of a gentle rain cloud.

ECLIPSE
A mid grey, between light and dark like its namesake.

WISP
Pale periwinkle blue, wisps of smoke hanging in the early evening sky.

SYLVIE
A gorgeous light lavender shade, Sylvie is a cross between Wisp and Hilma. Think light lavender flowers in the morning.
