Ok, so we’re not perfect – who is? Here is the errata for any misprints in pattern instructions. Of course, if you find any yourself, do let us know!

Olivette (Tunic)

POCKET

Using larger needle and cable cast on method, cast on 28 (28, 28, 30, 30) sts.

Starting with a RS row work in St-st until piece measures 5 cm / 2” ending with a WS row.

Next row (RS) (Dec): K1, ssk, k to last 3 sts, k2tog, k1. 2 sts dec

Work 5 rows in St-st.

Rep Dec row once more. 24 (24, 24, 26, 26) sts

Work next WS row.

Set-up for medallion inside pocket lining:

Next row (RS): P10 (10, 10, 11, 11), k4, p10 (10, 10, 11, 11).

Next row (WS): K10 (10, 10, 11, 11), p4, k10 (10, 10, 11, 11).

Next row: P6 (6, 6, 7, 7), following the instructions for Chart worked flat, work row 1 of Chart over next 10 sts, p8 (8, 8, 9, 9).

Continue as set work working through to end of row 13 of Chart. Break yarn, leaving tail.

Resume working Tunic Body as foll:

Centre the pocket underneath corresponding 24 (24, 24, 26, 26) sts at centre medallion so sts on body match sts on pocket. Place 24 (24, 24, 26, 26) sts live sts from body on holder and use pocket lining sts to continue round in patt.

Continue working up the body as established until piece measures 43 (43, 44.5, 46, 46) cm / 17 (17, 17½, 18½, 18½)” from cast-on edge.

 

Windlass

FRONT
Using larger needles, cast on 85 (95, 105, 115, 125) sts.
Row 1 (WS): K4, p1tbl, k1, p1tbl to last 4 sts, k4.
Row 2 (RS): K4, k1tbl, p1, k1tbl to last 4 sts, k4.
Rep rows 1-2 until piece measures 7.5 cm / 3” from cast-on edge ending with a WS row. Work as for Back from ** to ** repeating the Ridge Pattern rows 2-3 only section until piece measures 15.5 cm / 6” from cast-on edge, then work St-st portion until piece measures 35 (35, 37.5, 37.5, 40) cm / 13¾ (13¾, 14¾, 14¾, 15¾)” from cast-on edge.
