Ok, so we’re not perfect – who is? Here is the errata for any misprints in pattern instructions. Of course, if you find any yourself, do let us know!

Set-Up Row 1 (RS): P0 (0, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), k2, PM, p3, k1, p1, k1, yo, ssk, p1, k2, p1, k1, yo, ssk, p1, k1, p3, PM, k2, p0 (0, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
Set-Up Row 2 (WS): K to 2 sts before marker, p2, SM, k3, p3, yo, p2tog, p5, yo, p2tog, p2, k3, SM, p2, k to end.

Establish lace panel as follows, reading from Chart or Written Instructions:

Row 1 (RS): P to 2 sts before marker, k2, SM, work row 1 of Chart D, SM, k2, p to end.
Row 2 (WS): K to 2 sts before marker, p2, SM, work next row of Chart D, SM, p2, k to end.

Sizes 1, 2 & 3 ONLY
Next row (Inc) (RS): Kfb, work in patt as set to last st, kfb. 2 sts inc
Working inc sts in rev St st, work 9 rows in patt as set.
ALL sizes again
Inc Row (RS): P1, M1LP, work in patt as set to last st, M1LP, p1. 2 sts inc
Work 9 (9, 9, 9, 7, 7, 7, 7) rows in patt as set.
Rep last 10 (10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8) rows a further 4 (4, 4, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9) times, working inc sts in rev St st. 36 (36, 36, 40, 44, 46, 50, 54) sts
