PATTERN NOTES

Work all sts that do not form part of the Wave Lace Pattern repeat as rev st st; that is Purl on RS and Knit on WS until you have enough sts to work another rep of the Wave Lace Pattern (7 sts total) excluding selevedge sts which should always be slipped at the start of a row and worked in rev st st at the end.

PATTERN BEGINS

Switch to larger needles and commence Wave Lace Pattern as follows:

These 2 rows set pattern.

Work a further 2 (2, 4, 6, 4, 0) rows in patt as set.

Inc Row (RS): Sl 1 wyif, patt to last st, M1P, p1. 1 st inc

Incorporating the 7-st Wave Lace Pattern correctly, rep Inc Row every 8 (8, 8, 8, 8, 10) rows a further 6 (6, 6, 6, 7, 6) times. 34 (37, 42, 47, 51, 52) sts

Continue pattern as set in magazine but work rev st st for areas with no Wave Lace Pattern.
