For this ‘knitchat episode’ Sophie regales Lydia with the epic tales of her eBay tapestry frame adventure and Lydia is at the final stages of her house move! If you need to be inspired to move some furniture around here is Lydia’s song of the moment.

We’re talking about our exciting book projects for next year! Coming in 2022 is our baby and kids' pattern book (we're affectionately calling it Mini Pom for now), which will feature scaled down versions of some classic Pom Pom designs and new patterns too. We’re also working with sock aficionado Rachel Coopey on a sock book (surprise!) which will be in the style of Ready Set Raglan

On the horizon is our Spring Issue 40, which is inspired by dreamlands and features lots of dreamy and ethereal designs - check out the progress swatch picture below! We’ll bring you more updates about these publications next year, and make sure you’re signed up to our weekly newsletter which is another perfect way to get Pom news as it happens!

We also want to hear from you for the last Pomcast of this year, as we’re planning an ‘Ask Us Anything’ episode! Send us and the Pom Pom team your questions about anything and everything, we can’t wait to hear what you want to know! Send us an email via podcast@pompommag.com.

Like so many people at the moment, Lydia is obsessed with Succession and she explains why it’s the show on everyone’s screen right now. She also recommend the beautifully written Lila by Marilynne Robinson.

The pals also talk about their love of What We Do In The Shadows, a vampire mockumentary television series by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, which they both find delightfully funny.

Thanks for listening! Remember you can keep in touch with us and other Pomcast listeners via our Ravelry forum here, and you can send us your musings via email (podcast@pompommag.com). To be kept informed with all the latest updates, delightful titbits, and treats, we recommend signing up to our weekly newsletter!
